"P3 Events planning provided a highly personalized, professional, and stellar service for the Beta Chi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. Achievement Week Banquet. Mrs. Pearlice Diggs was able to take a limited amount of information and create a vision that has left an indelible impression on all that attended our Banquet. Mrs. Diggs' attention to detail was so meticulous that there was absolutely so reason for concern of any aspect of the venue. There were rave reviews from attendee about the décor (i.e., Beautiful, Incredible, Best Banquet ever! and Phenomenal). As the Chairman of the Achievement Week Committee, I have an expectation of excellent; my expectation was dwarfed by the presentation provided by P3 Event Planning!  If there is ever an occasion where I will need an event planner, I have no doubt that I will request the services of P3 Event Planning for that event.

"I did most of the planning of our wedding a year out, so we hired P3 Weddings for Day-Of Coordination services. Because we planned our North Carolina wedding while living on the west coast, Pearlice would often “check on me” throughout the year just to see how I was doing (and listened to me vent about my frustrations on wedding planning in general). She is EXTREMELY prompt, organized, and responsive (NOTE: These are all qualities a "Type A" person such as me, thrive on)! Pearlice was always willing to give sound advice and/or suggestions as necessary without sounding intrusive or condescending. In our experience we found that there are 2 types of vendors in the "wedding world": those who do it for money and those who do it because they have a passion for it. Pearlice is the epitome of professionalism and exemplifies knowledge, stellar customer service, and most of all passion for her "craft"! It is truly impossible to put a price tag on the overall quality of service, professionalism, and value that we received from Pearlice, Deborah, and the P3 team! The absolute best!!
Pearlice and her team are the best there is! Very professional and knowledgeable. Pearlice takes her time to listen to what couples want and not to mention all the resources she has! When my husband and I hit a wall with coming up with ideas for the wedding, Pearlice offered her creative ideas and visions. Our wedding day was perfect, everything ran so smooth and our guests all had a good time. There is not one thing I can mention that went wrong on that day and I have Pearlice to thank for that.
Definitely recommend for anyone’s special day!!

A beautiful Wedding event! As parents of the groom, who had no idea where to begin with helping our son and future daughter-in-law with their wedding plans Pearlice and her team were a Godsend. The couple wanted to plan the wedding on their own however, their chosen venue required a “day of event coordinator”. After doing extensive research and reading P3 Weddings and Events many wonderful reviews, it was obvious to us that P3 Weddings and Events was the team we wanted to ensure the couple would have a beautiful and stress-free wedding day. P3 Weddings and Events offers many different plan options depending on your particular need, their “month of wedding coordinator” was perfect for what our son and his fiancé were looking for.

Pearlice contacted the soon to be Bride and Groom right away and conducted an in-depth information gathering meeting in order to better assess where the couple was in their planning cycle and ensure everything was going on a reasonable timeline. With Pearlice’s experience and professionalism and the vendor contacts she has made over the years she guided the couple by making several
recommendations to fill in the areas the couple was still in need such as florist, DJ, transportation, linens, etc… Pearlice’s recommendations were spot on and the final details were reserved. Pearlice was in communication with the couple to ensure everything was tracking before the event. She was the go-to for all the vendors and made sure all vendor contracts were fulfilled. Pearlice made several visits and conducted face to face coordination with the couple prior to the event which really helped in instilling confidence in her and her team.

Pearlice and her team were on site in the days leading up to the wedding day from wedding rehearsal to wedding day, she ensured all the coordinated details were being executed as planned and that all involved understood the timeline and flow for the day. The wedding and reception went off beautifully as planned. Our guests enjoyed a wonderful, fun-filled memorable day. It couldn’t have been any more perfect for our son and our new daughter-in-law. P3 Weddings and Events gave us a day we will never forget.
