The P3 Team has 15+ years of planning unforgettable weddings and social events for our clients. Our lead designer, Pearlice Diggs has a diverse background as a US Army Veteran, Military Spouse, and Accredited Wedding Planner with The Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC). As an educator, she teaches the Certified Wedding and Event Planning course for the Association of Bridal Consultants.

I'm the Founder, CEO and Creative Director of P3 Weddings and Events. My passion for true love, the army and the iris flower are intertwined in my brand. The iris flower has become the signature flower of my brand to symbolize my late mother. She never met a stranger, always greeting them with a smile, a touch of Southern hospitality, and conversation filled with love, laughter, and celebrating togetherness. To top it all off, a table filled with great food and family-style dining.
This is the essence of my brand. I want my clients to feel like like they are more than a client. We are partners, and collaborators, on the road to celebrating their journey to a magical event experience. We sprinkle in and enjoy laughter, good food, music, and well wishes until we meet again.
