A 30-minute complimentary consult to discuss your needs for your wedding or event. A phone call or ZOOM will be scheduled at a time that’s suitable for all parties. We’ll briefly summarize our custom packages we offer to accommodate your planning. From this consult we both will decide if we should proceed to the next step and setup an official meeting.

Our delicate 3-hour consultation is organized to fully walk you through how to successfully plan your intimate day. You have the option to choose whether you’ll need us for partial or full planning services. The fee for this informative meeting will be deducted from the package you choose. We’ll educate you in how to source polished vendors, what to look for in reviewing contracts and the ins and outs of creating a flawless timeline.

This package is tailored to our couples who’ve planned their wedding and only need operational assistance the month of the wedding. We step in to assist in tying up all the loose ends on down to the day of the ceremony. Our checkpoint technique with: reviewing vendor contracts, preparing timelines and managing setups is designed to allow you to focus on each other and enjoy your day!

1. Do you offer an hourly rate?
Yes, we do offer an hourly consultation rate and the starting price is $125 with a minimum of 3 hours. Consider this your a la carte option. (For example if you are looking for a custom timeline to give to your vendors or our team can handle setting up your hotel room blocks. )
2. What wedding events do you provide services for?
We provide wedding services for proposal planning, the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony, and the reception.
3. What weddings do you have experience planning?
As the wife Senior Military officer, military weddings and events have a special place in my heart. You can view those events here. In addition we’ve planned and designed civil ceremonies, destination weddings, non-religious weddings and religious weddings.
